Cleeve Horne sculpted The World War Two memorial located
in the centre of the Rotunda. Several of the portraits in
Osgoode Hall were painted by Cleeve Horne.



The beautiful portrait of Queen Victoria has been in Osgoode
Hall since 1966. The picture is on loan from the City of Toronto.
